Refund / Cancellation PolicyCancellation and Partial Refund Policy 1 Week in Advance Cancellation: Beach Parties / Cabana Oasis Customers may cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled service for a full refund of their payment. Cancellations must be made via email or phone, and the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Partial Refund for Late Cancellations: Beach Parties / Cabana OAsis If a cancellation is made less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the scheduled service, customers will receive a 50% refund of their payment. No Refund for Last-Minute Cancellations: ANY SERVICE Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling Policy: Customers who wish to reschedule instead of canceling may do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled service at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will be subject to a 20% rescheduling fee.

What is our responsibility regarding the equipment during our reservation?Clients are in possession and fully responsible for the equipment during their scheduled reservation. Terms & Conditions must be signed before the reservation is confirmed -- failure to submit your T&C will result in a cancellation of your reservation with a partial refund. Clients are also responsible for contacting the beachside concierge immediately if they have any concerns or need assistance. RELOCATING EQUIPMENT IS PROHIBITTED FOR SAFETY REASONS

Day of Service - How Does This Work?Make a Reservation: Book your cabana online, selecting the correct location, date, time, and experience package. 24-Hour Confirmation: A team member or your dedicated concierge will confirm your reservation 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. 2-Hour Reminder: Your concierge will call and text you 2 hours before your reservation to confirm all details. Arrival & Cabana Setup: At your reservation time, your concierge will notify you that your cabana is ready, provide location details, and share an interactive pinpoint to guide you directly to your setup. Arrive & Enjoy: Once you arrive, settle in and enjoy your experience! If you need any assistance, reach out to your concierge immediately.

Good to Know -- Cabana ExperienceQuestions? Text "Beach" to 516-493-7651, and we'll respond within 8 hours. Cabana Access: All clients enjoy cabana access until 5:30 PM. Reservations: We highly recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Last-Minute Reservations: Need a cabana within 24 hours? Contact us, and we may be able to accommodate you. Weather Policy: Cabanas will not be available if winds exceed 13+ mph for safety reasons. If weather does not permit for service, you will be provided with a raincheck. Food Delivery: To arrange food delivery, please include it in your reservation notes or notify us at least 1 hour before placing an order.

Ending/Leaving Your ReservationWe strive to provide a seamless experience for all our clients. When you're ready to end your reservation, whether you’re leaving early or staying until 5:30 PM, please contact your concierge. Simply text: "Checking OUT -- [Your Name]" to 516-493-7651 Your concierge will assist with your checkout and ensure everything goes smoothly.
