  • Refund / Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation and Partial Refund Policy 1 Week in Advance Cancellation: Beach Parties / Cabana Oasis Customers may cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled service for a full refund of their payment. Cancellations must be made via email or phone, and the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Partial Refund for Late Cancellations: Beach Parties / Cabana OAsis If a cancellation is made less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the scheduled service, customers will receive a 50% refund of their payment. No Refund for Last-Minute Cancellations: ANY SERVICE Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling Policy: Customers who wish to reschedule instead of canceling may do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled service at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will be subject to a 20% rescheduling fee.
  • What is our responsibility regarding the equipment during our reservation?
    Clients are in possession and fully responsible for the equipment during their scheduled reservation. Waivers must be signed before the reservation is confirmed -failure to submit your waiver will result in a cancellation of your reservation. Clients are also responsible for contacting the beachside concierge immediately if they have any concerns or need assistance
  • Where Can We Find Our Setup?
    The location of your setup depends on the experience you’ve reserved: Cabana for Two: Oceanfront Oceanfront Cabana Suite: Oceanfront Beach Party Cabana: Middle to back of the beach Cabana Oasis: Oceanfront, Middle, or Back Please note that while we strive to provide oceanfront seating, it is not guaranteed.
  • What should I expect regarding communication and setup when I book a service
    We strive to provide a seamless and relaxing experience for all our clients. One day before your reservation a dedicated concierge will reach out to confirm your reservation. Approximately 30-60 minutes before your scheduled reservation, you will receive a confirmation text or call from our team. Once you have confirmed, a dedicated concierge will reach out to you to inform you that your setup is ready for use. This process ensures that your experience is perfectly tailored and prepared for your arrival, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment without any hassle.   • How Do We Find Our Setup?
    1. 3 Hours before your reservation, a concierge will confirm your booking. 2. After confirmation, your setup will be prepared 3. Once your setup is READY, you will be informed via call/text you'll receive a pinpoint location, reservation number, and a photo of your setup. Reservation numbers can be found on the table at your setup, whether it's a cabana or a larger arrangement. A concierge will also be available to guide you to your designated area.
